UNMASKING THE DEVIL! PT 2!
Isaiah 14:12 NLT
“How you are fallen from heaven, O shining star, son of the morning!
You have been thrown down to the earth,
you who destroyed the nations of the world.
In the Book of Luke 4:6, the devil spoke about how he became the then ruler of this world and the prince of darkness,

And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
When the LORD bequeathed authority over the earth to Adam as recorded in Genesis 1:28, it wasn’t done in the dark, it was heard by angels including Lucifer, the reason one of them made this statement,
Psalms 8:4,6 KJV
[4] What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
[6] Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet.
The devil was the ruler over the pre-adamic civilization and knew how God bequeaths authority,
Ezekiel 28:13-14 NLT
[13] You were in Eden, the garden of God.
Your clothing was adorned with every precious stone—
[14] I ordained and anointed you as the mighty angelic guardian.
You had access to the holy mountain of God and walked among the stones of fire.
As seen in the above scripture, Lucifer lived and functioned from the pre-adamic garden of Eden which was the headquarters of authority in that world, even in the Adamic civilization.
He became very envious when the LORD God bequeathed authority over the earth to Adam, so he manipulated the serpent in the Garden of Eden and used it to beguile Eve and Adam submitted to it and based on a law that says that to whom you submit yourself as a servant to obey, you are a slave of him (Romans 6:16), he lost the authority over the earth and Lucifer became his god, the reason he laid claim on Cain being the one that opened the womb (Exodus 34:19).
It’s pertinent to note that God never told the devil that he was next in authority after Adam sinned, he had a perfect understanding of the rule of engagement, this is why he said to the LORD Jesus in Luke 4:6 “All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me”
The word ” delivered” is the Greek word “paradidomi.” It is a legal terminology that means to transmit authority. When an elected president is set to travel out of his nation for a while, he writes to the parliament, transmitting authority to his vice to act in his capacity until he returns.
Adam, by willful disobedience, yielding to an evil suggestion from his wife, Eve, submitted his authority to Lucifer, but he lost it at the cross when the LORD Jesus got a judgment against him, and sacked him from the office as a ruler over the earth.
The church of Jesus Christ is legally the king over the earth, and as she continually issues decrees over the elements and the various dimensions of existence, she will vitally rule over the earth, giving the devil no place to exert his influence.
Declaration
I declare that as an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ, the earth and its fullness are under my dominion
Every decree that I make on earth is established in the spirit realm as a law that cannot be refuted, and all angels and devils adhere to it in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
