ENLIGHTENING ANGELS PT2!
Psalm 103:20 AMPC
Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word.
The Spirit of God through Apostle Paul showed that our spirits are reborn by the Word
of God, whereas the LORD Jesus was conceived and brought forth physically by the Word, the reason he didn’t need to receive the Holy Ghost afresh.
The event that took place during his baptism was for him to be announced publicly to Israel, a sign that John the Baptist said singled him out as the Messiah (see John 1:33).
During the marriage at Cana which the LORD Jesus attended with his mother and disciples, it got to a moment when their wine was exhausted, and his mother asked him to intervene and told the servants to do whatever he asked them, this connotes that he must have been displaying certain attributes that were supernatural at home. Miraculous acts are the works of angels and they respond to the sound code of the Word.
The Word of God holds his thoughts, will, and expressions. The written word and prophetic utterances are the expressions of the Word.
Angels are listening for the sound that conveys the characters of the Word.
Colossians 3:17 NKJV
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
The word “name” is Greek “onoma” which means “character”. So, the Spirit of God is saying that whatever you do by word or action, it should be done in the character of the LORD Jesus, which is based on love and faith; Apostle Paul calls it faith that works by love (Galatians 5:6).
As seen in our opening scripture, Holy angels are on the lookout for light streams that convey these qualities.
Whenever God speaks, light goes forth from him; it is the same with his children, the angels only respond to the ones that hold the name or the character of the LORD Jesus.
This is the reason some of God’s children give instructions and get no response from the angels.
Ephesians 3:10 AMPC
[The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.
Angels are not all-knowing, they look up to Christ through his body to receive God’s counsel concerning how things should go on in the church age, this is the meaning of the statement, “Through the church, the complicated many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made known to the angelic rulers”
Some people worship angels and others look up to them for intervention, oblivious that angels are looking up to them for God’s counsel. So, in a situation where you don’t have access to the specific instructions for the angels, declare that they function filled with the spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, and knowledge to accomplish your expected result. Hallelujah!
Declaration
I declare that my words are consistent with the character of the name of the LORD Jesus. Therefore, angels of all classes and kinds respond swiftly to my decrees, establishing them as laws in the spirit realm and enforcing them in the physical earth for my benefit in Jesus name, Amen!
